Klaviyo accounts for ~30% of monthly revenue for both JP and Garrett's brands, so we're huge believers in retention. We'll build and optimize your entire Klaviyo retention system, setting up high-converting  flows to weekly email and SMS campaigns. After setting up the flows & campaign calendar, our team creates high-converting email designs according to Klaviyo best practices, made to keep your emails out of spam while driving repeat purchases.

What's Included

Simple, transparent pricing. You only pay for the emails and SMS campaigns we create and send...no monthly retainers or long-term commitments.

1. Complete Klaviyo Retention Management

- Complete audit of existing Klaviyo account (if applicable).

- Diagnosis of improper setup, strategy, execution explained

 

2. Flow Setup & Email Creation

- We'll setup crucial flows like your Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Abandoned Checkout, Browse Abandonment, and Post-Purchase Flows according to Klaviyo best-practies.
 

- Our team will then design every email for each flow to seamlessly match your brand, using your brand guidelines, imagery, and unique voice to create an experience that feels authentically yours.

 

3. (Optional) Campaign Email Creation & Strategy
- Once flows are setup, we recommend sending at least 1 email per week and 1 SMS per month. We'll develop a strategic content calendar, then have our team write, design, and build every email so your campaigns are always planned, polished, and ready to send.
 

- The biggest revenue opportunities require the best planning. We'll build a strategic email and SMS calendar around every launch, holiday, and promotion to maximize sales.

 

4. Popups

- You want to grow your email and SMS list to tens if not hundreds of thousands of people. With that goal in mind, an effective popup is everything. For a separate fee, we'll create different popups to A/B test to maximize signups.
